Earthquake Rocks the Midwest

Not much to say.  5.4 earthquake centered in south central Illinois.  I'm in Indianapolis, and it woke my shit up.  So give us your reports, fellow Midwesterners.  Did you feel it, and where are you at?

Here in Crawfordsville, IN, I felt a stampede of feet in the hall outside my room. I got up from my term paper to ask them what the hell they were doing, and the "stampede" started shaking the house. I got to a doorway right quick.

Nothing like a one liner from which someone can judge your entire character.

I know I'm not going to want to actually find out an answer,* but, really — why t.f. was this one-rated?

* No, really. I mean it. I already have a headache this morning.

NW PA, enough shaking so that I woke up thinking I had dreamed an earthquake.
Imagine my surprise when I saw the news this morning!

Eastern Iowa on the Mississippi.  Hadn't a clue there was an earthquake till I read your post.

I've been in one.  That was enough.

Re: Earthquake Rocks the Midwest (none / 0)

Here I thought this was going to be about some kind of political upheaval, like Scott Kleeb turning Nebraska blue, or something.

If only.

Good to hear that everyone's okay so far.
